
From Carl Jung Winery in the beautiful wine growing region of Rüdesheim am Rhein in Germany, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, comes an excellent range of premium non-alcoholic wines. In 1908 the Carl Jung Winery were the first to patent a process to de-alcoholise wine.
Today, the Carl Jung method of de-alcoholisation represents the most advanced technique for quality production of de-alcoholised wine.
The wine is made by the classical method of fermenting grapes, after which it is freed from alcohol with the help of vacuum technology at a temperature of +30 ° С. This approach does not disintegrate the taste of wine and leaves untouched delicate tannins, flavonoids anthocyanins and trace elements. Thanks to this Chardonnay, non-alcoholic to taste does not differ from alcoholic analogues.
